Terms of Service & Fair Usage Policy
Website-ready customer terms for managed automation, communications and AI-enabled services
© 2026 RevMultiply. All Rights Reserved.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of services provided under the RevMultiply brand. By ordering, activating or continuing to use a RevMultiply service, the customer agrees to these Terms.
1. Service Model
RevMultiply provides managed, Done-For-You marketing automation, reputation, communication, customer-engagement and AI-enabled services for local businesses. Services may use third-party software, telecommunications providers, artificial-intelligence services, messaging platforms and other infrastructure selected by RevMultiply.
- RevMultiply may create and administer a dedicated software sub-account or workspace for the customer.
- RevMultiply may retain administrator access in order to configure, operate, support, monitor and maintain the service.
- Customer users may be provided access to selected applications, inboxes, calendars, pipelines or other interfaces needed for normal day-to-day use.
- Backend configuration, automation logic, infrastructure selection and vendor management remain within RevMultiply's managed service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, service details, service areas, hours, calendars, contact information and other information reasonably required for setup.
- Maintain lawful rights and permissions for customer, lead and contact data supplied to RevMultiply.
- Use messaging, calling, AI and outreach functions only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, platform rules and consent requirements.
- Keep account credentials secure and promptly notify RevMultiply of suspected unauthorized access.
- Review material business information, booking rules, pricing guidance, service boundaries and escalation instructions supplied to AI agents.
3. Fair Usage Principle
Standard platform, telecom, messaging and AI usage may be included with eligible RevMultiply services. Included usage is intended for the normal operation of a local service business and is subject to fair usage. Fair usage protects service quality, platform compliance and predictable operating cost for all customers.
Usage allowances are measured at the customer account or sub-account level. RevMultiply may monitor usage and cost associated with SMS, WhatsApp, AI Voice, conversational AI, email, third-party platforms and other variable-cost services.
4. Standard Usage Allowances
The applicable allowance depends on the service configuration activated for the customer. The following limits represent the standard maximums used across RevMultiply service levels. A customer's order form, onboarding confirmation or written service scope determines which of these allowances applies.
| Service Level | SMS Segments / Mo. | WhatsApp Templates / Mo. | AI Voice / Mo. | Conversation AI / Mo. |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reputation automation | 500 | Not standard | Not standard | Not standard |
| AI Front Desk configuration | 1,000 | 250 | 300 minutes | 1,000 responses |
| Starter-level configuration | 1,000 | 250 | Not standard | 1,000 responses |
| Growth-level configuration | 2,500 | 500 | 1,000 minutes | 2,500 responses |
| Enterprise-level configuration | 5,000 | 1,000 | 2,500 minutes | 5,000 responses |
Where an order form or written scope provides a different allowance, that specific written scope controls. RevMultiply may revise standard allowances for future billing periods with reasonable notice where upstream provider pricing, platform rules or service economics materially change.
5. SMS Usage
SMS usage is measured in carrier billing segments. A single visible text message can consume more than one segment depending on message length, encoding, special characters or other telecom rules. Fair usage therefore applies to SMS segments rather than simply to the number of messages displayed to a user.
6. WhatsApp Business Usage
Where WhatsApp Business is included, normal inbound and customer-service conversations may be supported as part of the managed communication service. The standard allowance shown above applies primarily to business-initiated/template messages because these messages can create variable third-party messaging charges.
- A customer-service conversation generally begins when an end customer messages the business and the conversation remains within the applicable service window defined by WhatsApp/Meta.
- A business-initiated/template message is a pre-approved WhatsApp message used to initiate or resume contact when a free-form customer-service reply is not permitted.
- Operational messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, status notifications and similar utility communications.
- Bulk promotional broadcasts, large database marketing sends and unusually high-volume campaigns are not included as standard usage unless expressly agreed.
7. AI Voice & Conversation AI
AI Voice allowance is measured in actual AI call minutes. Conversation AI allowance is measured in AI-generated responses across supported chat and messaging channels. Inbound, outbound or channel-specific availability depends on the customer's activated service scope.
AI systems may occasionally misunderstand, omit or generate incorrect information. Customers remain responsible for important business decisions, quotes, commitments, regulated advice, emergency handling and any information that should require human review. RevMultiply may configure escalation rules and limitations to reduce operational risk.
8. Database Reactivation & Bulk Outreach
Database reactivation may be provided through the customer's primary automation platform or through separate managed infrastructure. Large databases, high-volume email campaigns, high-volume messaging, cold outreach or other exceptional sending requirements may require dedicated infrastructure, additional capacity, a separate scope of work or additional usage charges.
RevMultiply may limit, pause or refuse campaigns that create material deliverability, compliance, platform, reputation or cost risk.
9. Social Media & Content Automation
Where social publishing is included, standard service may include AI-assisted copy, standard static imagery and multi-platform scheduling. Enterprise-level standard scope may include up to 20 AI-assisted social content pieces per month unless otherwise stated in writing. Custom video production, extensive creative production, paid-media spend and unusual content volume are excluded unless separately agreed.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Provider Charges
RevMultiply services may depend on third-party platforms such as telecommunications carriers, messaging networks, social networks, AI providers, CRM/automation software, payment providers and outreach tools. Availability, pricing, policies, deliverability and technical behavior of those platforms can change outside RevMultiply's control.
RevMultiply may substitute or reconfigure third-party tools when reasonably necessary to maintain service functionality, compliance, cost control or reliability.
11. Overage and Unusually High Usage
- RevMultiply may provide warnings when usage approaches the applicable allowance.
- RevMultiply may allow short-term incidental overage when necessary to avoid disrupting active customer conversations or appointments.
- Repeated, material or unusually expensive overage may require an upgraded allowance, service upgrade, add-on, separate usage charge or custom plan.
- RevMultiply may temporarily limit or suspend variable-cost functions where continued usage creates material cost, abuse, fraud, spam, compliance, deliverability or platform risk.
- RevMultiply will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary interruption of legitimate customer-service communications.
12. Messaging, Consent and Prohibited Use
Customers must use calling, SMS, email, WhatsApp and outreach functionality lawfully and responsibly. Customers are responsible for the legitimacy of their contact lists, consent status, opt-in/opt-out handling and the business purpose of campaigns.
- No unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive or misleading communications.
- No purchased, scraped or third-party contact data where its use violates applicable law, platform policy or contractual restrictions.
- No attempts to evade carrier, platform, spam, identity, verification or messaging restrictions.
- No prohibited products, services or content under applicable platform policies.
- Opt-out and suppression requests must be respected.
13. Service Changes and Feature Availability
Features, integrations, AI models, messaging channels and third-party tools may be added, changed, replaced, restricted or discontinued where reasonably necessary. Promotional, introductory, beta or limited-availability offers may be withdrawn from new sales at any time. Existing customer treatment will follow the applicable order terms, renewal terms and any written notice provided by RevMultiply.
14. Setup, Access and Support
Setup timelines depend on customer cooperation, third-party verification, phone-number registration, messaging approval, calendar access, domain/DNS access and other prerequisites. RevMultiply is not responsible for delays caused by missing customer information or third-party approval processes.
15. Payments, Renewals and Cancellation
Billing frequency, introductory periods, setup charges, renewal timing and recurring fees are stated on the applicable checkout page, order form or written proposal. Unless otherwise stated, recurring services continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable order terms. Cancellation stops future recurring service after the applicable effective date but does not retroactively reverse properly incurred usage or completed service.
16. Suspension and Termination
RevMultiply may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, platform abuse, fraud, repeated policy violations, excessive unresolved usage risk, or conduct that threatens infrastructure, third-party accounts, deliverability or other customers.
17. Data and Account Transition
Upon termination, access to managed systems may end. Customers should request export of customer-owned data that is reasonably exportable before account closure. Third-party platform limitations may affect the format or availability of exports. RevMultiply's proprietary workflows, templates, automation logic, prompts, configuration methods and internal operating materials remain RevMultiply property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
18. Disclaimer and Limitation of Automated Outcomes
RevMultiply does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, leads, appointments, sales, search rankings, revenue outcomes or response rates. Results depend on customer demand, customer data, market conditions, service quality, advertising/outreach performance, platform behavior and other factors outside RevMultiply's control.
19. Updates to These Terms
RevMultiply may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service changes, provider changes, legal or compliance requirements, or changes in fair-usage economics. Material changes affecting active customers will be communicated through reasonable notice where appropriate.
20. Contact
